Claim Process

The claim process is simple; if your hospital has cashless facility you can call on 1800-258-4242 or drop us mail at healthclaims@godigit.com with the details.

In case your hospital does not have cashless facility then you can also reimburse the claim, for that you have a 3 step process to get the claim amount in your account:

Intimation

  • Unfortunately customer meets with an accident, contact Go Digit contact center to initiate the claim
  • Customer is asked to email all documents required for claims assessment on healthclaims@godigit.com

Document upload

  • Documents will be verified for completeness. Customer will be informed in case any additional document is required

Settlement:

  • GoDigit will process the claim
  • If claim is accepted, Digit will transfer the benefit amount to the customer’s bank amount
